We select assignments where our Principal or Senior Associates have expertise and experience and we tailor our consultancy services to fully match or exceed the client’s expectations. In every case we nominate a project manager who is responsible for programming the work to meet the client’s timescale and who is responsible for all aspects of client/contractor contact. When appropriate we work closely with client staff on assignment analysis and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction with the outputs.
